    George Troy’s Will.

This is the last Will and testament of Me George Troy Merridang St Bowral in the County of Camden.

 I appoint Sid Corby husband of Louisa Corby My Daughter and George Thomas Sidney Troy Second eldest Son. To be executors of this my will, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral and Testamentary hall be paid as soon as may be conveniently may be after decease. I Give and Bequeath My Children under mentioned Earnest Troy G.T.S. Troy, P E Troy, Clara Laffan and Louisa Corby. Emily Williams: two hundred pounds each – Gertrude Troy – Four hundred pounds: Florie Mc Namae eldest daughter fifty pounds to be deposited into Bank of NSW until twenty years of age. Then to be handed to her with the accrued interest.

W Troy and R. L. Troy my two youngest sons; they owe me Seven Hundred and have to pay me 300 pounds or to the estate, the other is their gift. Mrs H Vickery one hundred pounds or if She prefers the Allotment adjoining Kenley Cottage She lent 40 pounds towards purchasing it and if she pays50 cash She may have it but has never paid any Council rates only 40 pounds rent and to: have Kenley Cottage at a small rental –one shilling weekly a monthly for six months; then Kentley cottage to be sold- a rented cottage in Victoria Street to be sold at first –reasonable offer the Two executors – Twenty five pounds for their – trouble and Experience each. Roi Troy that Mrs Sydney raised or brought up (50) fifty pounds my part of furniture at Kentley Cottage to go to Mrs Vickery. My gun to Percy E Troy to be Kept Clean or to be forfeited to Earnest Troy my Eldest Son. The Silver Tray – to Mrs Sid Corby; the tools to Earnest Troy of Lake Cargellico What money is over to be equally divided with my sons and daughters.
